Texas is overpopulated of stray dogs. Dogs are being abandoned or cut loose roaming around the neighborhood. The are not spayed nor neutered and produce rapidly. While walking in wolf packs endangering the public and and other animals physically and health wise. Preey Alestas, the President of the Texas Rescue Network, will be talking about the overwhelming of stray dogs in Texas and the challenges in keeping the over population strays from growing.
