Robert Rinfrette a retired Cattaraugu County Sheriff with over 40 years experience on Police K-9 training and tracking. Robert handled a single pupose narcotics/cadaver detection k9 and dual purpose patrol, tracking, and explosive detection k9. He was a NYS DCJS certified K9 trainer, maintenance trainer, and examiner for patrol, tracking, narcotics and explosive detection. Robert is a certifying official for the National Narcotics Detector Dog Association out of Texas, works for the McKean County DA , Merrill’s Detector Dog Services, Live Nation,and is a supervisor for the town of Carrollton.
